Shipping Policy

At The Sweet Drop, every order is freshly packed to order to make sure your sweets arrive in the best possible condition.

 

Orders are prepared and packed daily and are typically dispatched within one to two working days. Orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

 

We use reliable UK delivery services, with standard delivery usually taking between two and four working days after dispatch. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

All sweets are sealed in food safe packaging to maintain freshness and hygiene during transit. During particularly busy periods such as launches, promotions or seasonal peaks, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

 

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been dispatched.

 

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and a clear photo of the product. We will review this promptly and do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

 

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared, we are unable to cancel it due to food safety regulations.
